Brazilian waxing is becoming a more common and everyday request throughout waxing salons in Utah.  Wax Me Too Salons was the first "waxing only" salon to start up in Utah nearly 11 years ago.

Brazilian waxing is our most requested service and we'd like to think we have perfected the technique and do it better than anyone else.  ( In fact, imitation is the most sincere form of flattery and we have noticed many local Utah salons and estheticians utilizing our techniques)

If you are contemplating your first brazilian wax, it's important to chose your salon wisely.

1. Your salon should put your safety and security at the top of its list.  You should be asked to fill out an information form that will alert your esthetican to any topical products or medical conditions that may be adverse to waxing.

2. Your salon should offer you an experienced waxer, not someone fresh out of beauty school or uncomfortable with waxing.

3. Your treatment room should be CLEAN and smell CLEAN.

4. Your treatment room should contain a sink. If there is no sink, how is your esthetician supposed to wash her hands?

5. Your estheticians should explain to you what you need to do ( how far to undress) and then LEAVE the room and leave you to your privacy while you prepare

5. Your esthetician should always WASH HER HANDS before starting any service and after she washes she should put on gloves to protect your skin!

Now that you've chosen your salon, here are a few tips that you need to know in order to prepare for your brazilian wax!

1. You should have a minimum of 10 days worth of hair growth from your last shave

2. Please don't tan before you wax (we won't wax over a burn)

3. Try to schedule your wax a few days before your "big event" if you have one planned

4. YES, we can wax you while you are pregnant but we do recommend you speak to your doctor

5.We can not wax clients who are using accutane
